Ghosts do not exist. Their existence is in the mind of humans. At least that is what we believed till now. But some of the leading towns in India will surely change your view on apparitions. These towns are better known as ghost towns for a series of supernatural activities that the locals as well as the tourists experienced, as soon as they stepped into these haunted towns of India.  Haunted place: Bombay High Court

                   This tinsel town, which is the glamor capital of India, has a place that is haunted as well. It is the Bombay High Court. You might not believe but the locals say with conviction that every time a murder trial is conducted, the presence of a vindictive bilingual apparition is witnessed by those present inside the court room. It curses and frightens the people around. So, either the very brave or the too foolish step inside this haunted court. 

Haunted place: Vrindavan Society,Thane. 

                        The frequently recorded incident of haunting in this busy town of India, is in the Vrindavan Society. It is located in West Thane. The residents report that it all started after the suicide of a middle aged man. He jumped down from his apartment, building number 66B and killed himself. The guards patrolling at night there, have reported that they have come across supernatural occurrences since then. One guard also reported that he was slapped hard by somebody invisible.                                        Bhangarh is one of the most prominent places in India which is famous, rather infamous for its paranormal activities. This historical town is located somewhere between Alwar and Jaipur in Rajasthan. As per the history of the place goes, it was established by Madho Singh, the younger sibling of Akbar's general Man Singh. The haunted town gives an impression that it was deserted overnight in a hurry. Not a single form of life is found in this deserted town now except for the wild vegetation. People believe that it is cursed and nobody has the guts to stay there after sunset. One who dares to stay overnight is found dead, the following morning.                                               Located in Gujrat, Dumas is a Hindu crematorial area that is haunted. The natives or those who have been to that area, remark that the Dumas beach is highly unsafe for taking a night stroll. It is not because of the antisocial elements but the paranormal activities that are in rage, post sunset. It is said that if you dare to walk in the Dumas beach past sunset, you will hear strange noises that will warn you to go back and not to proceed any further. Even the dogs will start chasing you out of the beach. All these warn against the danger which is beyond control. 

Haunted place: Delhi Cantonment. 

The capital of India is also not exempted from paranormal activities. It is in the Delhi Cantonment where a shadowy figure of a lady clad in white is seen regularly after the sunset. She would stand in front of the passing by vehicles and signal for a lift. Those who are aware of this supernatural incident never dare to stop and run through the shadowy figure. But to their utter surprise the figure chases the vehicles with equal speed and seems to melt in the air after sometime. This explains what might happen to a vehicle which stops to give her a lift. 

Haunted place: Ramoji film city,Hyderabad. 

             The Ramoji film city in Hyderabad is as famous in the movie circle as in case of haunting. Believe it or not, the crane lights suddenly roll down and break, toilet doors are banged, creepy things are felt around and women's dresses get torn all of a sudden. Many cameramen have reported that they have often been pushed while at work. But who does it could not be figured out at all. The most eerie thing of all is perhaps the appearance of Urdu letters on the mirrors of the green room without anyone's presence around. ‘Gangnam Style‘ second most-viewed YouTube video

 


South Korean pop sensation Psy's "Gangnam Style" has become the second most-watched YouTubevideo of all time with more than 620 million hits as the quirky rapper continues to take the world by storm.

The 34-year-old singer, whose real name is Park Jae-Sang, rocketed to international fame after "Gangnam Style", a techno ode to a trendy Seoul neighbourhood, become a worldwide hit following its debut in July.

The video went viral online with its goofy signature horse-riding dance and on Friday ousted singer Jennifer Lopez's dance hit "On the Floor" from second place. But it still trails behind Canadian teenage heartthrob Justin Bieber's "Baby", which has had over 795 million hits. 

John Hirai, head of music at YouTube's Korea-Japan branch, told a conference in Seoul that Psy would pass Bieber on YouTube's most-watched list in about a month.

He thinks the secret of Psy's success lies in the speed at which the singer uploaded a sequel video on his official website, as well as footage of the making of his video and interviews, for users wanting to know more about him and "Gangnam Style".

"It comes like a total package at the end, so it just generated views," Hirai said, according to Yonhap news agency. "I've been in this music business for 25 plus years and I've never seen anything like this and I've never imagined anything like this would come out of Asia. It's just unbelievable but it's overwhelming," he said.

Psy has also remained at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 music chart in the United States for a sixth straight week after topping charts in countries including Britain and Australia.

Angry Birds Land Opens in Finnish Theme Park

Särkänniemi Adventure Park in Tampere, Finland is now home to Angry Birds Land, a themed section of the park that is based on the popular mobile game by Finnish video game development company Rovio Entertainment. It has 12 r-ides, an adventure course, food stands and games.

Buddhist Temple Built from Beer Bottles

Fifty years ago the Heineken Beer company looked at reshaping its beer bottle to be useful as a building block. It never happened, so Buddhist monks from Thailand's Sisaket province took matters into their own hands and collected a million bottles to build the Wat Pa Maha Chedi Kaew temple. It puts every other bottle building we have shown to shame.
Even the washrooms and the crematorium are built of bottles, a mix of green Heineken and brown local Chang beer.

Solar Powered Train in Europe

                                  Europe’s first “solar tunnel” is providing power to high-speed trains running between Paris and Amsterdam.



                                 The 3.6-kilometer (2.2-mile) tunnel, built to protect trains from falling trees as they pass through an ancient forest near Antwerp, is covered with solar cells and could generate 3.3 MWh of electricity annually. Enfinity, the company behind the project, says that’s equivalent to the average annual consumption of nearly 1,000 homes. It also claims that the tunnel will decrease CO2 emissions by 2,400 tons per year.

                                  “For train operators, it is the perfect way to cut their carbon footprints because you can use spaces that have no other economic value and the projects can be delivered within a year because they don’t attract the protests that wind power does,” Bart Van Renterghem, the UK head of Enfinity, told the Guardian.

                                     The $22.9 million project uses 16,000 solar panels covering 50,000 square meters (roughly 538,000 square feet), which is about the size of eight football pitches. They will provide enough electricity to power 4,000 trains a year. The first of those trains left Antwerp on Monday, filled with commuters and students.

                                      The trains tap into the solar energy as they pass through the tunnel at 186 mph. The electricity also provides power for lighting, signals and other infrastructure.
“By using electricity generated on-site, we eliminate energy losses and transport costs,” Enfinity chief executive Steven De Tollenaere, told AFP.
 
                                       Enfinity has said there had been plans afoot to introduce similar solar infrastructure in the UK but recent cuts to financial incentives would make the projects “unviable.”
“Apparently the UK Government is more concerned about the Treasury than the mid and long-term carbon reduction objectives that we have,” van Renerghem said. “Personally, I think it is short-sighted.”


                                         Energy minister Greg Barker MP said in response: “We want to create a long-term platform for growth. Now that does mean that, in the short term, large-scale schemes aren’t going to get the sort of funding that we see in Belgium currently. There are a lot of exciting things in solar but we have got to think it through so that we get good value for the bill-payers as well as a great deal for the solar pioneers.”

A Look Inside Google's Data Centers

                                                Mountain View's data centers use around half the energy of industry typical facilities, demonstrating a power usage efficiency of 1.13 (where 1.0 is a perfect rating and 1.92 is typical), and that number is only expected to fall.


                                                The company constructs its own facilities, is careful to regulate temperatures through environmentally friendly means (such as recycled water), and even attempts to select sites based on their naturally occurring resources.


                                                    This shot, a view from behind the server aisle, could have been lifted directly out of a blockbuster sci-fi movie. The fans in this space funnel the hot air from the server racks into the cooling units, ready for recirculation. The green lights aren't just for show here, they're actually the reflections from thousands of server status LEDs.



                                                      These color-coded pipes in the company's Oregon data center aren't just there to look awesome, they serve a practical purpose too. The blue pipes carry cold water for cooling and the red pipes return the warm water back to the cooling facility. We're sure the yellow ones do something equally important.


                                                                   Here you can see one of the company's tape library back-up systems in its facility in Berkeley County, South Carolina. Look carefully and you'll see a number of robotic arms that load and unload the tapes as and when required. Every tape has a unique barcode that helps the robotic system get around.

                                            Navigate your way up the stairs and past the office water cooler and you'll be rewarded with the reassuring (and slightly confusing) sight of a stormtrooper and R2D2 standing guard on the facility floor.

                                            Google is continuing to work hard to ensure its services stay green. The company recently announced a power purchase agreement (PPA) with the Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA). The deal differs from previous PPAs that Google has entered into, in that it is partnering with the GRDA utility provider in order to source the clean energy from the Canadian Hills wind farm. In the past Google has largely dealt directly with energy providers.


                                             

Russia Builds its First Realistic Female Android

A few months ago, the 2045 Initiative movement (previously known as Russia 2045) unveiled the first realistic Russian android head, based on its founder Dmitry Itskov. 
He's a big believer in the prophetic technological singularity, and claims that by 2045 we will have developed the means to transplant our minds into computers and android bodies. His android surrogate, built and programmed by Moscow-based Neurobotics, has been dismantled and turned into the country's first female android.


Alissa's face may look somewhat realistic at first glance, since the silicone mask was made from one of Neurobotics' employees. However, unlike other android heads which can have more than 30 points of articulation, Alissa has only eight. This works out to be just enough to add movement to its eyes and mouth, which are controlled with a standard game pad. The head is mounted to a mannequin, which stands on a wheel base for mobility.


Alissa has some basic AI thanks to the company's conversational software, which synchronizes the mouth movements to the words spoken by its speech synthesizer. "The pseudo-AI is very basic, providing simple question and answer type interactions. The voice recognition doesn't require training for specific people, but it is sensitive to pauses and speech volume," explained Mikhail Shcherbakov, who recently visited the lab. The lab work is still in its early stages.

In telepresence mode, the operator uses Skype to communicate with the outside world. The cameras in Alissa's eyeballs provide a video feed, while the operator uses a headset. The company is experimenting with a relatively simple EEG (electroencephalography) set-up to allow the operator to drive the robot's base using thoughts alone.

Neurobotics is working closely with the 2045 Initiative, which claims androids will be commonplace by the end of the decade. However, given the humbling reality of the current state-of-the-art in countries like Japan, such predictions should be taken with a heavy grain of salt.

இந்த மாதிரியான மிரட்டல் தகவல்கள் ஒன்றும் புதியதல்ல. 1980-ம் வருடம் என்று நினைக்கிறேன். சில கிறிஸ்த்துவ பிரச்சாரர்கள் இதே போன்ற சிறு துண்டு சீட்டை கொடுத்து தொன்னுறாம் வருடத்தில் உலகம் அழிந்துவிடும் என்றும், அதற்குள் இயேசுவை ஏற்றக்கொண்டால் தப்பித்து கொள்ளலாம் என்றும் கூறினார்கள். அப்படி சொல்லி துண்டு பிரசுரம் கொடுத்த பிரசங்கியை 1992-ம் வருடம் நேரில் பார்க்க நேரிட்டது. அவரிடம் நீங்கள் சொன்னப்படி உலகம் அழிந்து விட்டதா? அல்லது இயேசுவை நம்பியவர்கள் மட்டும் காப்பாற்ற பட்டு விட்டார்களா? அப்படியென்றால் நான் இயேசுவை ஏற்ற கொள்வில்லையே? நான் மட்டும் எப்படி பிழைத்து கொண்டு விட்டேன் என்று கிண்டலாக கேட்டேன். இப்படி நான் கேட்டதும் மனிதன் கோபித்து கொள்வார், சங்கடப்படுவார் என்று எல்லாம் எதிர்பார்த்த எனக்கு ஏமாற்றம் தான் பரிசாக கிடைத்தது.

நான் அப்படி கேட்டதற்கு அவர் கொஞ்சகூட வருத்தப்படவில்லை. உலக மக்களுக்கு கர்த்தராகிய இயேசு கிறிஸ்து சிறிது கால அவகாசம் கொடுத்து இருக்கிறார். இன்னும் பலர் மனம் திருந்த வேண்டும். விவிலியத்தை ஏற்று கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக இரண்டாயிரமாண்டு பிறக்கின்ற வரையில் காத்திருப்பார். என்று நம்பிக்கையோடு பதில் தந்தார்.

ஒரு மனிதனுக்கு மரணபயத்தை ஏற்படுத்தினால் மரணத்திற்கு பின்னால் கிடைக்கும் தண்டனைகளை பற்றிய பீதியை ஏற்படுத்தினால் அவனை அடிபணிய வைக்கலாம் என்பது ஒரு வகையான மனோ தத்துவம். இத்தகைய மனோ தத்துவங்களின் பல பிரிவுகளை நன்றாக கற்று தேர்ந்தவர்கள் கிறிஸ்த்துவ பாதிரிமார்கள். அதனால் அவர்கள் அப்படி தான் பேசுவார்கள். இதே கேள்வியே இரண்டாயிரம் பிறந்த பிறகு யாரிடமாவது கேட்க வேண்டுமென்று காத்திருக்கிறேன். இதுவரை உருப்படியான எந்த பிரசங்கியையும் சந்திக்கவில்லை. என்பதினால் அந்த கேள்வி அப்படியே பாக்கியாக நிற்கிறது

ஒருவேளை நான் கேட்டிருந்தால் கூட இரண்டாயிரத்திற்கு பிறகு தானே சுனாமி வந்தது. மிக வேகமான புயல் காற்றுயெல்லாம் வீசுகிறது. பல நிலநடுக்கங்கள் உலகை அச்சுறுத்துகிறது. இவையெல்லாம் உலகம் அழிவதற்கு கடவுள் காட்டும் அடையாளங்கள். இப்போதாவது மனம் திருந்தி இயேசுவை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டால் தப்பிக்கலாம் என்று சமாதான பிரச்சாரம் செய்வார்களே அல்லாமல் தவறை ஒத்து கொள்ள மாட்டார்கள்.

அவர்கள் பிரச்சாரங்களை கேட்கும் போது அடிப்படையே இல்லாமல் ஒரு பொய் பிரச்சாரத்தை துணிந்து செய்ய முடியுமா? விவரம் தெரிந்த யாராவது தட்டி கேட்க மாட்டார்களா? ஒரு வேளை அவர்கள் பிரச்சாரத்தில் சிறிதளவேனும் உண்மையிருக்கலாமோ? என்று நமக்கு எண்ணம் வருகிறது. அவர்களின் வாதத்திற்கு என்ன ஆதாரம் என்று பைபிளின் புதிய, பழைய ஏற்பாடுகளை புரட்டி புரட்டி பார்த்தேன். உலக முடிவு நாளை பற்றி மறைமுகமாகவோ, நேர்முகமாகவோ ஒரு வார்த்ததையை கூட என்னால் கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியவில்லை.

பைபிளில் தான் நம்மால் கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியவில்லை என்றால், பைபிளை பற்றி முழுமையாக ஆராய்ச்சி செய்யும் பல நடுநிலையான கிறித்துவ அறிஞர்கள் அதை பற்றி எதாவது சொல்கிறார்களா என்றும் விசாரித்து பார்த்தேன். அவர்கள் அனைவருமே ஒரே குரலில் உலகத்தின் இறுதி கட்டம் வரும் போது தேவகுமாரன் பூமிக்கு வருவார், மனிதர்களின் பாவ, புண்ணியங்களுக்கு ஏற்ப பலாபலன்களை கொடுப்பார், அதுமட்டும் தான் நிச்சயம், மற்றபடி அவர் இந்த வருடத்தில் இந்த தேதியில் வருவார் என்பது பற்றி பைபிளில் எந்த குறிப்பும் இல்லையொன்று சொன்னார்கள்.

சரி, கிறிஸ்த்துவ வேதத்தில் இல்லை ஒருவேளை, இஸ்லாமியர்களின் வேத நூலான கூர்-ஆனில் இருக்கலாமோ என்று சந்தேகம் எனக்கு ஏற்பட கூர்-ஆனுக்குள் புகுந்து தேடியும் பார்த்தேன். அங்கே இறுதி தீர்ப்பு நாள் எப்போது வருமென்று கடவுள் ரகசியமாக வைத்திருக்கிறார் என்ற தகவல் தான் கிடைத்ததே தவிர வேறு எதுவும் அதை பற்றி கிடைக்கவில்லை.

இந்த நேரத்தில் மலையாள மொழியில் ஒளிபரப்படும் கிறிஸ்த்துவ தொலைக்காட்சி ஒன்றின் நிகழ்ச்சியை காண நேரிட்டது. அதில் மாயன் கால நாகரீக மக்கள் ஒரியன் காலண்டர் என்ற ஒன்றை வைத்திருப்பதாகவும் அதில் 2012, டிசம்பர் மாதம் வரையில் தான் நாட்கள் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும், எனவே அந்த நாள் தான் பூமியின் கடைசி நாள் இயேசு பூமிக்கு வரும் நாள் என்று சொல்லப்பட்டது. அதை கேட்டவுடன் உண்மையிலேயே மாயன் நாள் காட்டி அப்படி எதாவது சொல்கிறதா? அப்படி சொல்லப்பட்டால், எந்த ஆதாரத்தை வைத்து சொல்லப்பட்டிருக்கிறது என்று ஆராய ஆசை ஏற்பட்டது.

மாயன் நாகரீகத்தை பற்றி சிறிய வயதிலிருந்தே நம்மில் பலருக்கு அறிமுகம் உண்டு, பாரசீக நாகரீகம், கிரேக்க நாகரீகம், சிந்து சமவெளி நாகரீகம் என்ற நாகரீக வரலாறு வரிசையில் மாயன் நாகரீகத்தையும் கேள்விபட்டிருக்கிறோம். மாயன் கால நாகரீக மக்கள் கணிதம், வானியல் ஆராய்ச்சி, போன்ற துறைகளில் மகா மேதாவிகளாக இருந்தார்கள் என்றும் படித்திருக்கிறோம். அது மட்டுமல்ல டேரி மில்க் சாக்லேட், பைய்ஸ்டார் சாக்லேட், போன்றவற்றிக்கெல்லாம் அடிப்படை தொழில் நூட்பம் தந்தது. அதாவது உலகின் முதல் முறையாக சாக்லேட் தயாரித்தது மயான் மக்கள் என்பதை அறிந்து வியப்பும் அடைந்திருக்கிறோம்.

இத்தகைய மயான் மக்கள் உலகில் எந்த பகுதியில் வாழ்ந்தார்கள் என்றால் அதிசயப்பட வேண்டாம். அமெக்காவில் தான் வாழ்ந்தார்கள் முகத்தில் பல வண்ண கோடு போட்டு தலையில் பறவையின் இறகுகளானால் தொப்பி அணிந்து மிருக தோல்களை ஆடையாக அணிந்து அமெக்காவின் பழங்குடி மக்கள் என காட்டப்படுவார்களே செவ்விந்தியர்கள் அவர்கள் தான் மாயர்கள்,

அவர்களின் நாகரீகம் தான் மயான் நாகரீகம் அவர்கள் காலத்தை கி.மு. 2600-ல் தொடங்கியது என ஆய்வாளர்கள் சொல்கிறார்கள். 2600 எல்லாம் இல்லை, மாயர்களின் காலம் அதற்கு முன்பே துவங்குகிறது என்று ஒரு சாரர் கருதுகிறார்க்ள. அப்படி சொல்பவர்கள் தங்களுக்கு ஆதாரமாக போப்பல் வூ என்ற மாயர்களின் இதிகாச புத்தகத்தை காட்டுகிறார்கள். எது எப்படியோ மாயர்களின் காலம் என்பது இன்றைக்கு சுமார் 5000 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முற்பட்டது என்பதில் சந்தேகமே இல்லை. இப்போது பல அரசியல் காரணங்களால் மாயர்கள் வாழ்ந்த அமெரிக்க பகுதி மெக்சிகோ, கௌத மாலா, பெலிஸ், ஹோண்டுராஸ், எல் சார் வாடார், என்று தனிதனியாக பிரிந்து கிடக்கிறது.

விண்வெளியில் பால்வழி என்ற ஒரு பகுதியியை நாம் அறிவோம். இந்த பால்வழி மண்டலம் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டது ரேடார் கருவிகள் உருவான பிறகு அதாவது 1945-ல் பிறகு தான். ஆனால் மாயர்கள் 5000-வருடத்திற்கு முன்பே பால்வழி மண்டலத்தை நன்கு அறிந்து அதை பற்றிய விவரங்களை குறித்து வைத்து இருக்கிறார்கள்.

மேலும் 17-ம் நூற்றாண்டின் துவக்கத்தில் ஒரியன் நெபுல்லா என்ற விண்வெளி கூட்டம் இருப்பது கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டது. 1880-ல் தான் இந்த விண்மீன்கள் தொகுப்பு புகைபடமாக எடுக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால் பல ஆயிரம் வயதுடைய மாயன் ஒவியங்களிளும் சுவர் சிற்பங்களிளும் இந்த விண்வெளி கூட்டத்தை துல்லியமாக வரைந்து செதுக்கி வைத்துள்ளனர்.

பண்டைய இந்திய வானியல் ஆய்வாளர்களும் இதற்கு பிரஜாபதி என பெயரிட்டு அழைத்துள்ளனர். ஆனால் நவீன விஞ்ஞானம் பல கருவிகளை வைத்து கண்டுபிடித்த ஒரியன் நெபுலாவை மாயர்கள் எந்த கருவிகளும் இல்லாமல் கண்டறிந்து உள்ளது விடை கிடைக்காத அதிசயமாக இன்று நிற்கிறது.

மெக்சிகோவில் கி.மு. ஆறாம் நூற்றாண்டில் கட்டப்பட்ட பிரமிடு ஒன்று உள்ளது. அது சீசென் யீட் என்ற நகரில் இன்றும் உள்ளது. இதிலுள்ள அதிசயம் என்னவென்றால் இந்த பிரமீட்டின் நிழல் இரண்டு சிறகுகள் முளைத்த பாம்புபோல வருடம் தோறும் மார்ச் 21-ம் தேதியும், செப்டம்பர் 23-ம் தேதியும் பூமியின் மீது விழுகிறது. இந்த அதிசயத்தை காண உலகெங்கும் இருந்து ஏராளமான பார்வையாளர்கள் அந்த நகரத்தில் குவிகிறார்கள்.

பிரமீட்டின் நிழல் சிறகு முறைத்த பாம்பாக விழும்படி மாயர்கள் கட்டிடத்தை ஏன் உருவாக்க வேண்டுமென்று கேட்டால் ஆதிகால மாயன் மதத்தின் கடவுளான கேட்ஸல்கோயாட்டல் என்பவரின் உருவம் சிறகு உள்ள பாம்பு வடிவம் தான். இதில் என்ன அதிசயம் இருக்கிறது. வேண்டு மென்றால் மாயர்களின் கட்டிட கலையின் திறமையை பாராட்டலாம் என்று நாம் நினைக்கலாம். ஆனால் உண்மை இதையும் தாண்டிய அதிசயமாகும், அதாவது ஒர வருடத்தில் பகலும் இரவும் சமமாக இருக்கும் நாட்கள் மார்ச் 21-ம் செம்டம்பர் 23-ம் தேதியும் தான் மாயர்கள் காலத்தை அளப்பதில் எத்தனை திறமைசாலிகளாக இருந்தால், இது சாத்தியம்,

சூரியன் இயக்கத்தை மிக நூணுக்கமாக ஆராய்ந்து நிபுணத்துவம் பெற்றிருந்தால் மட்டுமே சம நோக்கு நாளையும், நிழல் உருவம் வரும்படியான தோற்றத்தையும் உருவாக்க முடியும். சூரியனுடைய இயக்கத்தை மட்டுமல்ல சந்திரனின் சலனத்தையும் அவர்கள் நன்கு அறிந்து நாட்களை பற்றிய கணிதத்தை ஏற்படுத்தி இன்று நாம் உபயோகப்படுத்துகின்ற நாட்காட்டி போன்ற காலண்டரையும் உருவாக்கி இருக்கிறார்கள். அந்த காலண்டரின் பெயர்தான் ஒரியன் காலண்டர்.

ஒரியன் காலண்டர் கி.மு. 550-ஆம் ஆண்டில் உருவாக்கப்பட்டிருக்கலாம் என்று ஆய்வாளர்கள் சொல்கிறார்கள். நமது இப்போதைய நாட்காட்டிகளை விட ஒரியன் காலண்டர் மிகவும் வித்தியாசமானது அவர்களின் கணக்குப்படி இப்போது போலவே அப்போதும் வருடத்திற்கு 365- நாட்கள் தான். ஆனால் மாதங்கள் பதினெட்டு, ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் இருபது நாட்களை கொண்டதாகும். இந்த காலண்டருக்கு ஹாப் என்று பெயர்.

இந்த மாதத்தின் நாட்களை கூட்டினால் 360 நாட்கள் தான் வரும். மீதமுள்ள ஐந்து நாட்களை அதிஸ்ட்டமில்லாத நாட்கள் என்று மாயர்கள் ஒதுக்கி வைத்துவிட்டார்கள். மேலும் இந்த ஹாப் காலண்டர் சாதாரணமக்கள் உபயோகபடுத்துவதற்காக உருவாக்கப்பட்டது தான்.

தெய்வ காரியங்களுக்கு என்றும் வானிநிலை ஆய்வாளர்களுக்கு என்றும் தனியாக இஸல்கின் என்றொரு காலண்டர் உண்டு, இதன்படி இருபது நாட்கள் கொண்ட ஒரு மாதமும், பதிமூன்று மாதங்கள் கொண்ட ஒரு வருடம், அதாவது இருநூற்றி அறுபது நாட்கள் கொண்ட ஒரு வருடம் வரும், மாயர்களின் கணக்குப்படி ஹாப், இஸ்லால்கின் ஆகிய ஆண்டுகள் 52 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஒரு முறை இணையும்,

அந்த இணைப்பு ஏற்படும் வருடத்தல் உலகில் மாபெரு மாற்றங்கள் ஏற்படும் என மாயர்கள் சொல்கிறார்கள் இதுவரை உலகில் ஏற்பட்ட பெரிய யுத்தங்கள், இயற்கை பேரழிவுகள், மாபெரும் சாதனைகள், முன்னேற்றங்கள் அனைத்துமே இத்தகைய வருட சந்ததியில் தான் நடந்திருப்பதாக பலர் சொல்கிறார்கள். இந்த இஸல்கின் காலண்டர்தான் 2012-ம் வருடம் டிசம்பர் மாதம் 23-ம் தேதியோடு முடிவடைகிறது. அந்த தேதியில் உலகம் அழிந்து புதிய உலகம் பிறக்கும் என்று மாயன் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் சொல்கிறது.

இந்த மாயன் தீர்க்க தரிசனம் கண்டிப்பாக பலிக்குமா? இதுவரை மாயன் தீர்க்க தரிசனத்தில் நடைபெற்ற சம்பவங்கள் எதாவது உண்டா? என்ற கேள்வியை முன்வைத்தால் அதற்கு அடுக்கடுக்கான பதில்களை தீர்க்க தரிசனத்தின் ஆதாரவாளர்கள் தருகிறார்கள். அந்த ஆதாரங்கள் இயேசுநாதர் பிறப்பதற்கு முந்தைய காலத்திலிருந்து, ஒபாமா காலம் வரையில் நீளுகிறது. அவைகளில் ஒரு சிலவற்றை பார்த்தாலே நெஞ்சை அடைத்து கொண்டுவரும்.

மாயர்களின் அழிவு யாரால் ஏற்படும் அந்த இனம் அழிந்த பிறகு அவர்கள் வாழ்ந்த பகுதியான அமெரிக்கா எப்படி வளரும்? உலகத்தை எப்படி ஆட்டிவிக்கும்? அமெரிக்க, ரஷ்ய பனிப்போர், செங்கிஸ்கான், நெப்போலியன், ஹிட்லர், ஸ்டாலின் மா.சே.தூங், மகாத்மா காந்தி போன்றோர்களை பற்றியும் மிக துல்லியமாக சொல்லப்பட்டுள்ளது.

உலகம் அழிய போகும் காலத்தில் மனிதர்களின் மனோநிலை எப்படி மாறி அமைந்திருக்கும்? இயற்கை சூழல் எப்படி மாறும்? அறிவியல் கண்டுபிடிப்புகள் உலகத்தை எவ்வாறு சுருக்கும். என்ற விவரங்கள் சொல்லப்பட்டிருப்பது அனைத்தும் ஒரளவு நடந்துள்ளன. அவற்றை அடிப்படையாக வைத்து பார்க்கும் போது ஒரியன் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் நடந்துவிடுமோ என்ற அச்சம் நமக்கு இயற்கையாக ஏற்படுகிறது. ஆனால் இந்த தீர்க்க தரிசனத்தில் ஒரு சிக்கல் இருக்கிறது.

அது என்ன சிக்கல் என்று சிறிது நேரம் கழித்து பார்ப்போம். அதற்கு முன்பாக தீர்க்கதரிசனங்கள் என்று சொல்லப்படுபவைகள் என்ன? அது மனிதர்களுக்கு எப்படி கிடைக்கிறது என்பதை பார்ப்போம். தீர்க்க தரிசனம் என்ற வார்த்தைக்கு நேரிடையான தமிழ் பொருள் உறுதியான பார்வை என்பதாகும் இந்த சக்தி கடந்த காலம் நிகழ்காலம், எதிர்காலம் ஆகிய முக்காலங்களையும் உணர்ந்தவர்களுக்கே ஏற்படும் என்று யோக சாஸ்திரங்கள் குறிப்பிடுகின்றன.

யோக சாஸ்திரத்தில் மிக முக்கியமானதாக கருதப்படும் பதஞ்சலி முனிவர் எழுதிய பதஞ்சலி யோக சூத்திரம் என்ற நூல் எந்தயோகி தனது மனதை நினைத்த மாத்திரத்தில் புறப்பொருளிலிருந்து விடுவித்து கொள்கிறானோ அண்டத்தில் உள்ளதை பிண்டத்தில் பார்க்கும் தகுதி பெற்றிருக்கிறானோ அவனே முக்காலத்தையும் உணர முடியும் என்று கூறி அதற்கான மனபயிற்சியும் உடல் பயிற்சியையும் விரிவாக கூறி செல்கிறது.

அதன் படி நடந்தால் நிச்சயம் சாதாரண மனிதன் கூட யோகி ஆகிவிடலாம். என்பது நடைமுறை உண்மை. ஆனால் இப்படி பயிற்சி செய்து முக்காலத்தை அறிவது ஒரு பக்கம் இருந்தாலும் கூட பிறக்கும் போதே இந்த தகுதியோடு பிறப்பவர்களும் இருக்கிறார்கள். அத்தகையவர்களின் பட்டியலை எடுத்து பார்த்தால் கார்கி, மைத்ரேயி கௌதம புத்தர், இயேசுநாதர் என்று தொடங்கி சமீபத்தில் முக்தி பெற்ற காஞ்சி மகாபெரியவர் வரை சொல்லலாம். ஆனால் இவர்களில் உலகத்தில் நடக்க போகின்றவைகளை சொன்வர்கள் மிகவும் குறைவு, அப்படி குறைவான தீர்க்க தரிசிகளில் நாஸ்டர்டாமஸ் ஒருவர் இவர் ஜோதிடரோ, குறி சொல்பவரோ அல்ல, பிறப்பிலிருந்தே அதீத ஆற்றல் பெற்ற அதிசய மனிதர்.

நாஸ்டர்டாமஸ் ஏறக்குறைய அறுநூறு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னால் வாழ்ந்தவர். அவர் 1984-ம் வருடம் அக்டோம்பர் மாதம் இந்தியாவில் நடைபெற போகும் ஒரு சோக சம்பவத்தை முன்கூட்டியே சொல்கிறார் உலகத்தின் தென்பகுதியில் மூன்று புறமும் கடலால் சூழப்பட்ட தீபகற்பத்தில் இரும்பு பெண்மணி இரண்டாம் முறையாக சிம்மாசனம் ஏறுவார். அந்த நூற்றாண்டு முடிய பதினாறு வருடங்கள் பாக்கி இருக்கும் போது தன் பாதுகாவல்களாயே கொல்லப்படுவார். என்று சொன்னார். அதாவது இந்தியாவில் மகாத்மா காந்தி படுகொலைக்கு பிறகு மிகபெரிய கொந்தளிப்பை ஏற்படுத்திய திருமதி, இந்திரகாந்தி அம்மையாரின் படுகொலையை தான் இப்படி குறிப்பிடுகிறார்.

பிரெஞ் புரட்சிக்கு பிறகு பிரான்ஸ் நாட்டின் அரசனாக நெப்போலியன் வருவதையும் அவன் ஐரோப்பா முழுவதையும் வெற்றி கொள்வதையும், கடைசி காலத்தல் ஹெலினா தீவில் சிறைப்பட்டு பைத்தியமாகி மாண்டு போவதையும் நெப்போலியன் தோன்றுவதற்கு இருநூறு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பே நாஸ்டர்டாமஸ் சொல்லி வைத்துள்ளார்.

இது மட்டுமல்ல ஹிட்லரின் தலைமையில் ஜெர்மன் வீறுகொண்டு எழுவதையும் வல்லரசுகளுக்கு எல்லாம் சிம்மசொப்பனமாக திகழ்வதையும் பின்னர் ரஷ்யாவில் மாட்டிக்கொண்டு படுதோல்வியடைந்து கண்ணுக்கு தெரியாமலேயே மாண்டு போவதையும் ஹிட்லரின் காலத்திற்கு பிறகு ஜெர்மன் நாடு கிழக்கு மேற்கு என இரண்டாக பிளவு படுவதையும் நாஸ்டர்டாமஸ் முன்கூட்டியே சொல்லி வைத்துள்ளார்.

ரஷ்யாவில் ஜார்மன்னனின் ஆட்சி வீழ்ந்து பொதுவுடமை அரசு மலரும் என்பதை கூறிய நாஸ்டர்டாமஸ் அந்த பொதுவுடமை அரசு முன் மண்டையில் தேள் போன்ற மச்சம் உடைய தலைவரால் அதிகாரத்தை கைவிடும் என்று கூறினார். சோவியத் யூனியனில் முன்னந்தலையில் மச்சம் கொண்ட தலைவர் மிகையில் கோப்பச்சேவ் ஆவார். இவர் தான் பொதுவுடமை அதிகாரத்ததை விலக்கி கொண்டு ரஷ்யாவில் ஜனநாயம் ஏற்பட வழி வகுத்தார் என்பதும் உலகில் பெரும் வல்லரசுகளுக்கிடையில் நடைபெற்று கொண்டிருந்த பனிப்போரை முடிவுக்கு கொண்டு வந்தார். என்பதும் குறிப்பிடதக்கதாகும்.

இப்படி ஏராளமான தீர்க்கதரிசிகளும், தீர்க்க தரிசனங்களும் உலகம் முழுவதும் உண்டு, ஆனால் இவர்களிலிருந்து நாஸ்டர் டாமஸ் முற்றிலும் மாறுபட்டவர். அவர் எழுதி வைத்த தீர்க்க தரிசனங்கள் அனைத்துமே தெளிவானவைகள். மிக துல்லியமான கணக்கின் விடைபோல தெரியகூடியவைகள்.

ஆனால் துரதிஸ்டவசமாக அவர் எழுதி வைத்துள்ள பாடல்களை சாதாரணமாக படித்து புரிந்து கொள்ள முடியாது. சம்பவம் நடந்த பிறகு அடடா இதை தான் அவர் அப்படி சொன்னாரா? என்று துன்பப்படவைக்கும. ஏன் அவர் தெரிந்த புரிந்த பாஷையில் தெரியாத வகையில் எழுதிவைத்துள்ளார் என்பதை ஆராய்ந்து பார்க்கும் போது ஆச்சர்யமான ஒரு உண்மை தெரியவருகிறது.

இந்த உலகத்தில் அன்றாடம் நடைபெறுகின்ற நிகழ்வுகள் எல்லாமே கடவுள் என்ற மகாசக்தியின் எண்ணப்படி நடந்து வருகிறது. இதை இறைவனின் திரு உள்ளம் என்று மெய்ஞானி கருதுகிறான், இயற்கையின் ஒழுங்குமுறையான செயல்பாடு என்று விஞ்ஞானி நம்புகிறான். இரண்டிலும் கருதுகோள்கள் வேறுவேறு என்றாலும் அடிப்படை உண்மை என்னவோ ஒன்று தான்.

நம்மை சுற்றி நடைபெறுகின்ற நிகழ்வுகளை உன்னிப்பாக கவனித்தாலே அடுத்து நடக்கப்போவதை நான் கூட கணித்துவிடலாம். ஆனால் அப்படி கணித்ததை எல்லாம் வெளிபடையாக சொல்லி விட்டால் சகஜமான உலக இயக்கத்திற்கு குந்தகம் ஏற்பட்டுவிடும். அதே நேரம் வீணான மன சஞ்சலங்களும் ஏற்படலாம். தவிர்க்கவே முடியாத ஒரு விஷயத்தை முன்கூட்டியே தெரிந்து கொண்டால் அதை தவிர்த்து விடலாம் என்று நினைப்பது அறிவீனம். ஒரு வழியில் இல்லை என்றாலும் இன்னொரு வழியில் அது நடந்தேதீரும். என்பதை அனுபவபூர்வமாக அவர் உணர்ந்ததினால் தான் மறைபொருளாக சொல்லி சென்றிருக்கிறார். இனி அவரின் துல்லியமான தீர்க்கதரிசனம் ஒன்றை பார்ப்போம்.

உலகில் அமெரிக்கா என்ற ஒரு கண்டத்தை கண்டுபிடிக்காத காலத்தில் நாஸ்டர்டாமஸ் சுகந்திரமாக வாழ விரும்பிய சிலர் தனியாக ஒரு நாட்டை உண்டாக்குவர்கள். அது உலகின் முதல்தர பணக்கார நாடாக திகழும் என்று கூறினார். அவர் குறிப்பிட்டது அமெக்காவை தான் என்பது சொல்லாமலேயே விளங்கும். மேலும் அந்த நாட்டில் இருபத்தியோரம் நூற்றாண்டின் துவக்க காலகட்டத்திலேயே நாற்பத்தி ஐந்து டிகிரி கோணத்தில் வானத்தில் தீப்பிழம்புகள் தோன்றும். தீ நகரத்தியே ஆக்கிரமிக்கும், பயங்கரவாதத்தின் பேரரசன் வருவான், அவன் எதனிடமும் இரக்கம் காட்டமாட்டான். என்று சொல்வதோடு இல்லாமல், வானில் இரண்டு இரும்பு பறவைகள் போதும் புகையும் நெருப்பும் புது நகரத்தையே மூடும் என்கிறார்.

இந்த தீர்க்க தரிசனத்தை படித்த பலர் பூவியின் அட்சரேகை நாற்பத்தி ஐந்தாவது டிகிரியில் நியூயார்க் நகரம் இருக்கிறது. இதைத் தான் அவர் புது நகரம் என்று அழைக்கிறார் எனவே வானத்திலிருந்து இரண்டு விண்கற்கள் வந்து அந்நகரை தாக்க கூடும் என்று கருத்து தெரிவித்தார்கள்.

மாபெரும் அராபிய நாட்டிலிருந்து வருவான். வலிமை கொண்ட தலைவனாக உருவெடுப்பான் அவனினும் கொடியவன் அதற்கு முன் யாரும் உலகில் இருந்திருக்க மாட்டார்கள். மானிட வர்க்கமே அவனை கண்டு அஞ்சும் அவன் நீலதலைபாகை அணிந்திருப்பான், அவனால் உருவாகும் போர் இருபத்தியேழு ஆண்டுகள் தொடர்ந்து நடக்கும் என்றும் சொல்கிறார்.
